Gia Previte has been named the Indiana County Technology Center’s Kiwanis Club Outstanding Student of the Month for February 2025. She is a senior at the ICTC in the Culinary Arts program and attends River Valley High School. She is the daughter of Licia Previte and Pamela Faullener of Blairsville. At ICTC, Gia was elected to serve as President of the Culinary Arts program, she is a member of the National Technical Honor Society and is a member of SkillsUSA and has been a competitor for the past two years. At River Valley, Gia is a member of the National Honor Society and has made the Distinguished Honor Roll. Outside of school, Gia works at Lee’s ice cream. Upon graduation, Gia plans to attend the Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts and would like to open her own business.
